This quote by LadyBird Johnson emulates one of our basic assumptions that behavior is a set of skills that can be taught and learned. The ultimate goal of the schools, programs, and professional development administered by AFOF is to teach the social, behavioral, and educational skills necessary to successfully integrate students into the traditional classroom. The combined dedication of staff, students, family, and community will provide the basis for improved education. Positive, pro-active, and encouraging instruction will foster productive citizens and enhance self image.
